Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SignTulip (the “Service”), an electronic signature service provided by SignTulip (“we”, “us”).

1. The Service

  • SignTulip lets you upload documents, place signature fields, request signatures, sign electronically, keep an audit trail, receive a certificate of completion and verify completed documents.
  • We may add or change features to improve the Service and will announce material changes in advance.

2. Electronic signatures

  • Under laws such as the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA, the EU eIDAS regulation and Korea's Electronic Signature Act, a signature may not be denied legal effect solely because it is electronic.
  • Some documents are legally required to follow a specific form. You are responsible for choosing an appropriate signing method for your documents.
  • We provide signing tools and are not a party to agreements between users.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Do not sign on behalf of others without authority or impersonate anyone.
  • Do not upload or send unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights.
  • Signing links are personal. You are responsible for damages resulting from forwarding them to others.

4. Plans and billing

  • The Service offers free and paid plans as described on the pricing page.
  • You can cancel a paid plan at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow applicable law and our refund policy.

5. Storage and deletion

  • We store documents and audit records until you delete them or close your account.
  • Deleted documents and accounts cannot be recovered. Please download anything you need before deleting.

6. Limitation of liability

  • We are not liable for interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, or for disputes between users about document contents, except where caused by our intent or gross negligence.

7. Governing law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
